Ordering step by step
Step 1. Select your favourite design & order online.
Step 2. A customer service team member will reach out to introduce themselves. They will request your colours, shape & wording preferences.
Step 3. Design commences.
Step 4. Approve your design and the print process gets underway.
Step 5. The best part then takes place. Your stationery is printed with love & packaged with care.
Time frame
Please allow a minimum 6 weeks for design & print. Once artwork is approved, the print time frame is 3 weeks. Multiple changes, and slow response times will push out the time frame. During peak periods our time frames may also increase. Shipping time frames vary.
All colours, fabrics & stocks are subject to availability. If your selection is not available we will be able to suggest alternate options. Colours on screen may appear different to print. Colours from print to print can vary as is the custom nature of our work.
Shipping Australia Wide clients:
Free regular post via Sendle Australia Wide for orders over $200.00.
Express post is additional and is calculated at check out.
